Avon home prices rise in March 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2020 in Avon rose by $55,000 while total sales decreased by 29.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2020, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $310,000 - a 21.6% increase over the $255,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 27 homes sold in Avon in March 2019.
