Willoughby Hills home prices fall in March 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2020 in Willoughby Hills fell by $137,000 while total sales increased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2020, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $161,000 - a 46% decrease over the $298,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Willoughby Hills in March 2019.
