Pheasant Run home prices fall in the first quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in Pheasant Run fell by $42,000 while total sales decreased by 54.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $70,000 - a 37.5% decrease over the $112,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Pheasant Run in the first quarter of 2019.
