Fairport Harbor home prices rise in the first quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in Fairport Harbor rose by $2,650 while total sales decreased by 44.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $94,750 - a 2.9% increase over the $92,100 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Fairport Harbor in the first quarter of 2019.
