Sheffield Lake home prices rise in the first quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in Sheffield Lake rose by $10,904 while total sales decreased by 51.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were 22 homes sold, with a median sale price of $101,904 - a 12% increase over the $91,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 45 homes sold in Sheffield Lake in the first quarter of 2019.
