Willoughby Hills home prices fall in the first quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in Willoughby Hills fell by $113,504 while total sales increased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $160,500 - a 41.4% decrease over the $274,004 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Willoughby Hills in the first quarter of 2019.
