Garfield Heights home prices rise in March 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2020 in Garfield Heights rose by $3,750 while total sales decreased by 2.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2020, there were 44 homes sold, with a median sale price of $67,750 - a 5.9% increase over the $64,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 45 homes sold in Garfield Heights in March 2019.
