Lincoln Heights home prices rise in March 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2020 in Lincoln Heights rose by $1,950 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2020, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $41,000 - a 5% increase over the $39,050 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Lincoln Heights in March 2019.
