Mount Healthy home prices fall in March 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2020 in Mount Healthy fell by $26,250 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2020, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $64,750 - a 28.8% decrease over the $91,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Mount Healthy in March 2019.
