Brooklyn home prices rise in March 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2020 in Brooklyn rose by $12,735 while total sales decreased by 73.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2020, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $119,735 - a 11.9% increase over the $107,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Brooklyn in March 2019.

The median sales tax in Brooklyn for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,666, approximately 2.2% of the median home sale price for March 2020.
