North Olmsted home prices fall in March 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2020 in North Olmsted fell by $23,950 while total sales decreased by 6.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2020, there were 43 homes sold, with a median sale price of $145,000 - a 14.2% decrease over the $168,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 46 homes sold in North Olmsted in March 2019.

The median sales tax in North Olmsted for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,540, approximately 3.1% of the median home sale price for March 2020.
