St. Bernard home prices rise in March 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2020 in St. Bernard rose by $13,750 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2020, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $151,250 - a 10% increase over the $137,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in St. Bernard in March 2019.
