Lakewood home prices rise in March 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2020 in Lakewood rose by $40,500 while total sales decreased by 43.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2020, there were 46 homes sold, with a median sale price of $207,500 - a 24.3% increase over the $167,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 81 homes sold in Lakewood in March 2019.

The median sales tax in Lakewood for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,539, approximately 2.2% of the median home sale price for March 2020.
