Walton Hills home prices fall in March 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2020 in Walton Hills fell by $19,000 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2020, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $207,500 - a 8.4% decrease over the $226,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Walton Hills in March 2019, as well.

The median sales tax in Walton Hills for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,107, approximately 2% of the median home sale price for March 2020.
