Loveland (Hamilton County) home prices fall in March 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2020 in Loveland in Hamilton County fell by $30,000 while total sales increased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2020, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $155,000 - a 16.2% decrease over the $185,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Loveland in March 2019.
