Finneytown home prices rise in March 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2020 in Finneytown rose by $23,550 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2020, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $157,500 - a 17.6% increase over the $133,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Finneytown in March 2019, as well.
