Sharonville home prices rise in March 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2020 in Sharonville rose by $16,700 while total sales decreased by 23.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2020, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $166,700 - a 11.1% increase over the $150,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Sharonville in March 2019.
