Fairfax home prices fall in March 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2020 in Fairfax fell by $700 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2020, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $175,000 - a 0.4% decrease over the $175,700 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Fairfax in March 2019.
