Norwood home prices rise in March 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2020 in Norwood rose by $40,000 while total sales increased by 26.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2020, there were 33 homes sold, with a median sale price of $183,000 - a 28% increase over the $143,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 26 homes sold in Norwood in March 2019.
