Pepper Pike home prices fall in March 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2020 in Pepper Pike fell by $63,750 while total sales decreased by 37.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2020, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $385,000 - a 14.2% decrease over the $448,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Pepper Pike in March 2019.
