Wyoming home prices fall in March 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2020 in Wyoming fell by $45,000 while total sales remained unchanged with seven homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2020, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $310,000 - a 12.7% decrease over the $355,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Wyoming in March 2019, as well.
