Kenwood home prices fall in March 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2020 in Kenwood fell by $51,150 while total sales increased by 14.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2020, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $317,750 - a 13.9% decrease over the $368,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Kenwood in March 2019.
