Glendale home prices rise in March 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2020 in Glendale rose by $18,000 while total sales increased by 250%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2020, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $325,000 - a 5.9% increase over the $307,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Glendale in March 2019.
