Madeira home prices rise in March 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2020 in Madeira rose by $70,500 while total sales increased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2020, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $328,500 - a 27.3% increase over the $258,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Madeira in March 2019.
