Symmes Township home prices rise in March 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2020 in Symmes Township rose by $63,000 while total sales decreased by 22.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2020, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $388,000 - a 19.4% increase over the $325,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Symmes Township in March 2019.
