Lincoln Heights home prices fall in the first quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in Lincoln Heights fell by $10,000 while total sales increased by 85.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $28,000 - a 26.3% decrease over the $38,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Lincoln Heights in the first quarter of 2019.
