Mount Healthy Heights home prices fall in the first quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in Mount Healthy Heights fell by $34,450 while total sales decreased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $63,000 - a 35.4% decrease over the $97,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Mount Healthy Heights in the first quarter of 2019.
