East Cleveland home prices rise in the first quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in East Cleveland rose by $4,350 while total sales decreased by 63.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were 25 homes sold, with a median sale price of $21,000 - a 26.1% increase over the $16,650 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 68 homes sold in East Cleveland in the first quarter of 2019.

The median sales tax in East Cleveland for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $1,748, approximately 8.3% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2020.
