Mount Healthy home prices rise in the first quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in Mount Healthy rose by $1,500 while total sales decreased by 6.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $98,500 - a 1.5% increase over the $97,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Mount Healthy in the first quarter of 2019.
