Maple Heights home prices fall in the first quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in Maple Heights fell by $2,500 while total sales decreased by 34%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were 93 homes sold, with a median sale price of $45,000 - a 5.3% decrease over the $47,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 141 homes sold in Maple Heights in the first quarter of 2019.

The median sales tax in Maple Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,203, approximately 4.9% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2020.
