St. Bernard home prices rise in the first quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in St. Bernard rose by $30,450 while total sales increased by 27.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $115,450 - a 35.8% increase over the $85,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in St. Bernard in the first quarter of 2019.
