Cleves home prices rise in the first quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in Cleves rose by $70,740 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $127,950 - a 123.6% increase over the $57,210 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Cleves in the first quarter of 2019.
