Covedale home prices fall in the first quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in Covedale fell by $11,000 while total sales increased by 31.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were 21 homes sold, with a median sale price of $130,000 - a 7.8% decrease over the $141,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Covedale in the first quarter of 2019.
