Cleveland Heights home prices rise in the first quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in Cleveland Heights rose by $400 while total sales decreased by 29.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were 159 homes sold, with a median sale price of $95,000 - a 0.4% increase over the $94,600 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 225 homes sold in Cleveland Heights in the first quarter of 2019.

The median sales tax in Cleveland Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,983, approximately 5.2% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2020.
