Dent home prices rise in the first quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in Dent rose by $32,400 while total sales decreased by 35%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were 26 homes sold, with a median sale price of $131,900 - a 32.6% increase over the $99,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 40 homes sold in Dent in the first quarter of 2019.
