Pleasant Run home prices rise in the first quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in Pleasant Run rose by $1,500 while total sales increased by 128.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $135,000 - a 1.1% increase over the $133,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Pleasant Run in the first quarter of 2019.
