Olmsted Falls home prices fall in the first quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in Olmsted Falls fell by $17,500 while total sales decreased by 6.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were 29 homes sold, with a median sale price of $130,000 - a 11.9% decrease over the $147,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 31 homes sold in Olmsted Falls in the first quarter of 2019.
