Mayfield Heights home prices rise in the first quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in Mayfield Heights rose by $27,875 while total sales decreased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were 44 homes sold, with a median sale price of $153,875 - a 22.1% increase over the $126,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 55 homes sold in Mayfield Heights in the first quarter of 2019.
