Sharonville home prices rise in the first quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in Sharonville rose by $16,700 while total sales remained unchanged with 32 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were 32 homes sold, with a median sale price of $161,200 - a 11.6% increase over the $144,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 32 homes sold in Sharonville in the first quarter of 2019, as well.
