Fairview Park home prices rise in the first quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in Fairview Park rose by $20,500 while total sales decreased by 30.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were 39 homes sold, with a median sale price of $179,000 - a 12.9% increase over the $158,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 56 homes sold in Fairview Park in the first quarter of 2019.
