Silverton home prices rise in the first quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in Silverton rose by $69,900 while total sales remained unchanged with 13 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $162,900 - a 75.2% increase over the $93,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Silverton in the first quarter of 2019, as well.
