Middleburg Heights home prices rise in the first quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in Middleburg Heights rose by $13,000 while total sales decreased by 36.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were 31 homes sold, with a median sale price of $180,000 - a 7.8% increase over the $167,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 49 homes sold in Middleburg Heights in the first quarter of 2019.
