Shaker Heights home prices rise in the first quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in Shaker Heights rose by $10,950 while total sales decreased by 25.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were 79 homes sold, with a median sale price of $180,000 - a 6.5% increase over the $169,050 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 106 homes sold in Shaker Heights in the first quarter of 2019.
