Harrison home prices rise in the first quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in Harrison rose by $9,500 while total sales decreased by 6.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were 31 homes sold, with a median sale price of $165,000 - a 6.1% increase over the $155,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 33 homes sold in Harrison in the first quarter of 2019.
