Westlake home prices rise in the first quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in Westlake rose by $23,050 while total sales decreased by 12.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were 79 homes sold, with a median sale price of $213,000 - a 12.1% increase over the $189,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 90 homes sold in Westlake in the first quarter of 2019.
