Evendale home prices fall in the first quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in Evendale fell by $104,000 while total sales remained unchanged with seven homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $183,000 - a 36.2% decrease over the $287,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Evendale in the first quarter of 2019, as well.
