Highland Heights home prices fall in the first quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in Highland Heights fell by $5,900 while total sales increased by 4.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were 24 homes sold, with a median sale price of $260,000 - a 2.2% decrease over the $265,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 23 homes sold in Highland Heights in the first quarter of 2019.

The median sales tax in Highland Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $6,138, approximately 2.4% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2020.
