Rocky River home prices rise in the first quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in Rocky River rose by $62,000 while total sales decreased by 44%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were 51 homes sold, with a median sale price of $262,000 - a 31% increase over the $200,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 91 homes sold in Rocky River in the first quarter of 2019.
