Miami Township home prices rise in the first quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in Miami Township rose by $63,750 while total sales decreased by 31%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were 20 homes sold, with a median sale price of $234,750 - a 37.3% increase over the $171,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 29 homes sold in Miami Township in the first quarter of 2019.
