Orange home prices fall in the first quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in Orange fell by $2,500 while total sales increased by 12.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $295,000 - a 0.8% decrease over the $297,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Orange in the first quarter of 2019.

The median sales tax in Orange for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $8,118, approximately 2.8% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2020.
